If the product is not what you expected or the size does not fit, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.
1. Returns (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all its labels and bags, and in the same box in which you received it.
In any case and whatever the destination, the buyer can always return the product by shipping it themselves, carriage paid.
Return transport costs are borne by the buyer. As a convenience, Origine can send you a shipping label or arrange collection at the cost indicated below, which will be deducted from the amount refunded:

The refund is processed once the goods have been received and checked at our facilities. It includes the price of the product but not the original shipping costs or the return cost where this is borne by the buyer.
2. Size exchange
Subject to stock availability. The product must meet the same condition requirements as in section 1.
3. Warranty and defective products
If the product arrives defective or does not match your order, please send us photographs of the defect first. We will collect the product free of charge to inspect it and, if the warranty applies, we will send you the repaired item or a new one at no cost.
4. Other conditions
- Only one size exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchanges will be handled as a new return and a new order.
- If, after the size exchange, the buyer finally decides to withdraw and return the product, they must pay €20 for the logistics costs of the shipments already made, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- In the event of delivery incidents attributable to the buyer (incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence, failure to collect at the assigned point, rejection without justified cause), the actual logistics costs will be deducted, with a minimum of €10.
- The product's original packaging must not be used as outer shipping packaging. If it arrives with carrier labels, tape or seals stuck onto it, or damaged, a €10 reconditioning charge will be applied.
