Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, via MRW with tracking number and delivery without signature.

Shipping to Spain and Portugal is free on purchases over €50. Shipments to the rest of Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic) cost €5.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order: we cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges apply to each one individually.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Returns and size exchanges

The return and size exchange conditions, with costs by destination, are detailed on our Returns page.
